Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers with identified systems integrity issues.
  • Sell repair work identified during contracted fire and life safety system inspections.
  • Focus on inside sales, customer service, and effective interfacing with the Service Team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or administration.
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and web-based programs.
