Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Karahi Point. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays
  • Train staff on baking techniques and procedures
  • Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a baking or pastry-related role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures
