Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

AISLING BAILE INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services, including dry cleaning and valet services.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
