Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1034152 B.C. Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve sales performance and merchandising strategies.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical demands: Stand for extended periods, walk, and handle heavy loads.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Client focus: Provide excellent customer service.
- Efficient interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Excellent oral communication: Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability.
- Team player: Work collaboratively with staff and management.
- Permanent: Full-time position with a regular schedule.
- English: Fluency in English is required.
- 35 to 40 hours per week: Work a regular schedule with some flexibility.
