We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Silverstar Brewing Corporation. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Analysis and Management
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize our beverage offerings and pricing strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
Staff Supervision and DevelopmentLead and motivate a team of bartenders and servers, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality beverage preparation.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Customer Service and ExperienceDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including menu engineering, promotions, and events.
Financial ManagementManage cash handling, credit card transactions, and other financial aspects of the bar, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications and LicensesServing It Right Certificate and Smart Serve certification.
Transportation and TravelOwn vehicle and valid driver's license.
