Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Supplement World. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
