We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Westway Animal Clinic.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
