Job DescriptionAs a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting every customer with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
- Following the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Selling our services in a clear and professional manner, while maintaining honesty and integrity.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
- Communicating effectively with customers in person and on the phone.
- Directing, coordinating, and participating in customer service activities.
- Working collaboratively with other employees to achieve common goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license.
- A dedication to exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
