Simcoe Geoscience Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions and divisions.

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive engineering excellence
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, and departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies to drive business growth and success
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business results

  • Lead a team of 16-20 people in various areas of responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement
