About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic Assistant to join our team at 6495380 Manitoba Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tool and Equipment Management: Safely move and store tools, equipment, and other materials as required.
  • Surveying Support: Assist surveying activities by holding stakes and ensuring accurate measurements.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain clean machines and immediate work areas, adhering to company standards.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 35-hour week, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements
  • No Formal Education Required: We welcome applicants without a degree, certificate, or diploma.
  • Will Train: Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.
