Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer Project Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities from conception to completion, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams to ensure technical accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Identify and address project risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering Designation (P. Eng.) in the Province of Alberta.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Engineering standards and industry best practices.
