About the Technical Director Position

The Technical Director at Verndale is a seasoned expert, leader, and manager responsible for overseeing every project and account assigned to their delivery team. This role requires a strong understanding of technical leadership, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of technical personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to manage project delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure that all technical solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of web development, architecture, and security.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps technologies.
  • Knowledge of React, VueJS, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
