Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Specialist to join our team at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth areas, and analyze competitor activity.
  • Assist with capture planning and maintain accurate pursuit status reports in our CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain personnel resumes and coordinate with project managers and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with our Employee Network Groups to foster a sense of belonging and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
