Position Overview

The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining operations at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. This position is essential for ensuring that all dining utensils and kitchen equipment are properly sanitized and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: Training will be provided.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and disinfect items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Efficiently load and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Storage Management: Properly place and organize dishes in the storage area.
  • Supply Replenishment: Refill condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Manual Washing: Hand wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as needed.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness: Remove kitchen waste and trash to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
