Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2668576 Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals
- 1-7 months of experience in sales or a related field
- Permanent position
- 30 hours per week
- English language proficiency
