We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell. As a key member of our Consumer and Small Business team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the right solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including new technologies and innovations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; bilingualism an asset.
