Produce Department Supervisor

Persia Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Produce Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our produce section.
Key Responsibilities- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for produce staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that produce displays are visually appealing and well-stocked to meet customer expectations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 produce staff to ensure they are meeting productivity and quality standards.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a produce department or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English language proficiency.
