Customer Service Representative II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by providing best-in-class support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via electronic data interchange (EDI), fax, and telephone
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer purchase orders and internal systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Process customer product credits and returns in a timely manner
  • Document and resolve customer complaints and inquiries

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer care
  • Bilingualism in French and English (including written and verbal communication)
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SAP (S4)
  • Medical industry experience
  • Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (Esker, EDI, GHX, GFAX)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of consignment transfer and billing
