Senior Account Manager - Federal Government

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at KIT Recruitment. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the federal government sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to close
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the government sector
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
