Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Anejo Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, noisy, and odorous.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, walking, and physically demanding.
