Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
  • Support shrink and safety programs by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a positive work environment and commitment to the organization's vision and values.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with climate-controlled areas. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The Frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses.
