Job Title: Senior Financial Executive

ATS Automation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Executive to join our Life Sciences Systems team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial and accounting activities of our division, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the division's financial goals are met.
  • Lead the finance team in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage the division's budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial and controlling experience in a manufacturing or financial environment.
  • Expertise in project costing systems and experience in designing and managing new business systems.
  • Proven business partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
