Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training
Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Authorization and OrderingAuthorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed to maintain an adequate stock level.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Cash ManagementManage cash and oversee payroll administration to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
SupervisionSupervise a team of 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
Work Environment- Work Term
Permanent.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours35 hours per week.
