Job Title: Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to join our team at Softline™ Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in defect tracking, automated test tools, and version control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute test plans, test scripts, and test data
  • Document software defects and track resolutions
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and lead initial UAT sessions
  • Collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects
  • Develop and maintain automated test tools and version control systems

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool
  • Knowledge and experience in automated test tools and version control systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint,.NET Web, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, Asana
