Position Overview

Sarocemas Inc. is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

Work Setting

The supervisor will manage operations at various locations, including:

  • Fast food outlets
  • Restaurants
  • Concession stands
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop methods to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
  • Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports.
  • Possess knowledge of various culinary genres relevant to the establishment.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee a team of 5-10 employees.

This role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with:
