Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and pastries in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of doughs, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in our baked goods.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and accuracy in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
