Pharmacy Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department, ensuring high standards of practice, and providing exceptional pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department
- Ensure high standards of practice and provide exceptional pharmacy services
- Hire, schedule, and manage payroll for Pharmacy Department staff
- Develop and implement ongoing training and development programs for Pharmacy Department staff
- Monitor patient profiles and perform drug usage reviews
- Participate in disease management and compliance programs
- Lead community seminars and workshops
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business
- Willing to participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge
- Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
- Ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style
- Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure
- A high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
- Strong computer skills
