About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Syntronic Canada. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in delivering data insights that drive business decisions and improve the performance of our warehouse automation technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Design and develop advanced data visualizations and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses using AWS technologies and big data analytics tools.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and trends in large datasets.
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data modeling, engineering, warehousing, and data visualization.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS technologies and big data analytics tools (EMR, Athena).
  • Experience with scripting languages (R/Python) for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end projects.
