About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at METRO TRANSPORT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to support business growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective team performance.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including venture capital sourcing and development.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, research papers, and educational texts.
  • Development Projects: Plan and develop projects to promote business growth and development.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on business development and investment.
  • Surveys and Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze data to assess development potential and future trends.
  • Proposal Review: Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth and development.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to support business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
