Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Time. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Scheduling and Workload Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work language is English.
