Restaurant Operations Manager

A &W Lickman Road is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
