About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at TELLES FAMILY. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities
    • Assist with regular exercise, such as walking
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
    • Provide companionship and social interaction
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Personal Care
    • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Household Management
    • Manage household tasks, including laundry and cleaning
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Punctuality and reliability
    • Client focus and initiative
    • Patience and honesty
Work Environment

As a Home Health Care Worker with TELLES FAMILY, you will work in a non-smoking environment and may have the option to live in with the client at no charge. This is not a condition of employment.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this role is 30 to 40 hours per week.
