We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our team at Wills Associates Limited. As a key member of our Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Group, you will be responsible for delivering complex engineering projects related to municipal infrastructure, including asset management studies, road and utility renewals, stormwater management, and water distribution network design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct municipal infrastructure projects, including asset management studies, renewal of roads and utilities, and stormwater management.
- Identify and solve complex engineering design issues to meet client needs while adhering to policies, practices, and procedures.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including letters, reports, drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents.
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities for existing and new clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.
- Solid knowledge of principles and practices of proposal submissions, project delivery, and contract administration.
- Solid understanding of engineering theory, concepts, and regulations related to the field of work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act as it relates to supervision of staff and field work.
