Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at ANYTIMEFITENSS CENTURYPARK. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in database software, spreadsheet, and internet applications.
