We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team at A3 Immigration Inc.
Job Summary:The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure the effectiveness of the team.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Work Setting: Consulting firm.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
- Area of Work Experience: Management, Product development.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Judgement, Organized.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
