About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JSI Confectionary Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, reordering stock as needed, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned
  • Work Setting: Department store
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
