**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Professional in Healthcare, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Respond to fire alarms and emergency situations, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports to ensure accurate documentation of security events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform desk duties and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license.
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
