About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the best products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and services, and be able to explain them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive store experience.

Requirements
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
  • Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is an asset.
