About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer value, business outcomes, and satisfaction through strategic customer engagement and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive long-term value and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP solutions and their application to customer business objectives
  • Lead complex global transformation programs to achieve specific goals and objectives
  • Engage executive and board sponsors to proactively influence customer success initiatives
  • Utilize executive presence, business acumen, and strategic thinking to positively influence internal and customer executives and decision makers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer success and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Consulting and/or Customer Success Management with complex business software / IT solutions
  • Strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering and its application to customer business objectives
  • Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure
  • Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environment
  • Understanding of cloud and on-premise software solutions
  • Experience with complex global transformation programs and execution thereof
  • Ability to manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies
