Hotel Operations Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at 1 Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Train, supervise, and mentor new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and team engagement
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
* Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
* Advanced knowledge of hotel operations and guest service principles
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
