About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team at Santaguida Fine Foods as a Gard Manger. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to our company's quality and presentation standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and implementation, ensuring that dishes are appealing and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
Requirements
  • Food Handler's Certificate
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
