Job Title: Quality Assurance Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team at Allied Forming Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technologist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance programs, designing plant layouts and production facilities, and conducting safety training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in developing and implementing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Design plant layouts and production facilities
  • Develop and carry out health, safety, and fire prevention plans
  • Conduct safety training programs
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data
  • Collect and analyze data and samples
  • Develop manufacturing and processing procedures
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
  • Read blueprints and drawings
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong background in quality control and assurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions:

The Quality Assurance Technologist will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
