Sales Enablement Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Enablement Director to lead our global sales team in learning and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing technical and non-technical learning and enablement programs to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy that supports sales objectives and broader company goals.
- Partner with global sales leaders to design and deliver training programs, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize the adoption, performance, and retention of sales content.
- Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires in the sales organization.
- Manage budgets for sales enablement activities and resources effectively.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-performing sales environment with at least 5 years in sales enablement or training role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or the equivalent work experience.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Proficient in learning management systems, sales enablement and automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Deep understanding of direct and indirect sales processes, methodologies, and customer needs.
