Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At RANGEELA PAAN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
