Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a skilled Grocery Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Unload grocery shipments, receive, organize, and display merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Be vigilant for unauthorized merchandise removal and report any incidents to management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including supporting other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with some heavy lifting required.
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old.
