Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At 2301623 ALBERTA LTD O/A The Chopped Leaf, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our standards, and address any issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year or less of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking. A high level of physical fitness is required to perform the duties of this role.
