Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications
  • Make recommendations to improve business activities
  • Gather business requirements through various techniques and analyze client complex business requirements and processes
  • Communicate requirements to appropriate parties
  • Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support modifications
  • Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks
  • Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of the project

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in Insurtech or health insurance
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
