Customer Service Representative

At Canadian Tire - Campbell River, BC (Store #437), we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using a cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
