About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Advisor to join our team at Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum. As a Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations.

Our Business Advisors need to have strong business, third sector and functional expertise they can bring to a range of clients, alongside proven abilities in engaging groups and individuals, and conveying knowledge effectively through a range of sessions and workshops and 1:1 sessions delivered both online and face to face.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations
  • Provide business, third sector and functional expertise to clients
  • Engage groups and individuals, and convey knowledge effectively through various sessions and workshops
  • Work closely with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council's Good Growth Programme
