About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Milestones Grill & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Prepare and cook meals, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff, and organize buffets and banquets
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure. You will be part of a team that values client focus, flexibility, and time management.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
